Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today I'm gonna take a look at the Demco three-inch diameter lunette ring with the five position adjustable channel. Has a 25,000 pound weight capacity. Now you'll mount this lunette ring and the 12 inch channel bracket onto your trailer to get you a strong attachment point for your pintle hitch to hook to. The channel itself is a heavy duty adjustable channel bracket. It is designed to be welded onto the trailer and then you bolt your lunette ring to the bracket like we have here, and you put it at the correct height that you need for your application.

You can see it does include the bolts and nuts for installing the lunette ring to the channel. Now the channel bracket itself, this will allow you adjust the lunette ring's height to match your different tow vehicles. Does give you six mounting holes on each side, so it gives you five different height positions. And the distance between those mounting holes center to center is two inches. The channel itself, if we measure the overall height or length of it's 12 inches, the width, which will be measured inside to inside, it's approximately 3 inches.

It is a sturdy steel construction. Now the adjustable channel, if you notice has a raw finish and that's for welding it to your trailer and the lunette ring has a nice prime paint finish on it to offer rust resistance. Few specs of the lunette ring itself. The inner diameter is going to be right at 3 inches. The overall diameter, 6 1/4 inches.
