Lumens are used to measure the amount of usable light that is put out by a light source. Raw lumens represent the number of lumens that the manufacturer claims the LEDs are capable of producing. It does not include the light's drive method or the amount of light lost from the lens or reflector. Effective lumens take these factors into account and represent the number of lumens that are actually produced by the complete light assembly, not just the amount of light that the diodes are capable of producing. This light has a 567 raw lumen capacity and produces 513 effective lumens.

very nice lights, I installed 6 of these lights in a 18 foot car hauler. 5 of them are the 21 7/8 long and because v nose I put a 9 5/8 long in the front. enclosed are pictures of just how bright these lights are. two pictures are of the stock lighting that the trailer came with and two are of the new led's. As you can see in the pictures the stock lighting is very yellow and a low light and the led's are a white light and very bright.

GREAT PRODUCT! Very Happy with it!
I have only good things to say about the service and responsiveness of the folks at Etrailer. The lights themselves are exactly what we needed. The strip light is fantastic; so bright that I had to create a shield around one side. The dome light is not as bright as I would have liked, but certainly adequate for our needs (both are installed in a short bus rv conversion).

I was hoping to use a 3-4 of these to light the inside of my 7x18 enclosed snowmobile trailer. They are not as bright as I was hoping. These will work to light it up enough to load and unload, but I was hoping to actually illuminate it so if I had to work inside it I could. I guess these are just not the right application for these lights.

I've ordered interior LED lighting and a giant Yakima roof basket for the '84 VW Westfalia camper I'm restoring. Etrailer has not disappointed. Communications and timeliness of delivery are excellent. Products are as described and at a reasonable price. I'll be back for more as my restoration progresses.
Awesome LED strip light. Used it in series with 5 more to illuminate the interior of my cargo trailer. Very bright. Easy to install and it has covers at both ends to hide the installation screws from view for a nice and professional look. Excellent solution to the poor lighting problems in my trailer.
I bought this to replace a 120 volt AC fluorescent fixture over the sink/range in my travel trailer. It seems to be about as bright as the fluorescent fixture and runs on 12 volts. Installation is simple with two screws and drill a hole for the wires, but you have to provide a switch separate from the light strip. I am pleased with the light.
Super bright light and installed as any typical fixture - made well
and sturdy - will purchase another in the future for over our RV
bathroom sink, this one is over the kitchen sink and WOW is the word!
Fantastic! Replaced 20W RV range hood light with this super-bright LED - now I can see what I'm burning for supper (AND save on battery draw). Etrailer service/delivery VERY responsive - you've gained a repeat customer.
Probably the only light you should nbn use in an enclosed trailer. Put 4 in my 7x7x16ft trailer. On every other ceiling tubes stud. I would say always get these lights for this sized trailer. So put one every 2ft.

Other than that, bright and still working.
Take your time and beef up a mounting point!
Solder the wires, you wont regret the extra time spent.

Its been working great and so helpful to have light at night packing up the trailer. Love it.
