We do have a couple of options that are similar to the Opti-Brite LED Strip Light for RV Awnings # ILL71CBAWN that you're looking for, but we do not have an exact copy of this LED light strip that is submersible.
Instead, take a look at the:
-Thinline Opti-Brite LED Utility Light Strip - Submersible # ILL72CB which measures 22" long, or the,
-Optronics Thinline LED Utility Light Bar - Submersible # BUL69CB which measures 15" long.
Either of these options will work great for you and are fully submersible, however closer to your 18" LED light you referenced earlier is the:
-Optronics Flexible LED Light Strip # UCL90CB.
This is a weather-proof LED strip that measures 17" long, and puts off 171 Lumens per foot.
Attached are a couple of review videos for you to check out as well.
