Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this blue mini LED accent light, and this is gonna provide a nice, bright blue light for your boats and docks. It's gonna be great for upgrading or replacing your step, walkway or accent or courtesy light. It does have a 45-degree angle on it here. You can see these little tabs on the bottom are going to give it that 45-degree angle, so it will offer a nice downward-facing light to illuminate the area below. This does have a sealed waterproof polycarbonate housing and a UV resistant lens unit.

This is gonna have an IP rating of 68, so it will be great for your waterside applications with your boats or docks. As far as our dimensions go, it's a very small, white, our width here, we're looking at the overall size, it's just over an inch, about 1 1/8 of an inch by about 3/8 of an inch thick and about 1/2 inch deep. It does have these three premium LEDs here that are going to be very energy efficient, long lasting and vibration resistant, and so it will hold up really well for you. It does provide 120 lumens, so if I turn off the lights in my studio here, you'd be able to see just how bright that is. So if I zoom out, kind of see me here in my studio, it's gonna provide lots of light for us, so especially if we're having this pointing down towards our steps or something like that, it will be plenty of light with that nice blue color to it.

So it will do a great job allowing us to see where we're going at night. This does have a clear, high clarity lens that provides 180 degrees of linear lighting. It's got a military grade construction for the circuit board, so the urethane potting is going to offer better protection than your common epoxy potting and so it will hold up really well for you. It does have a surface mount installation, so and very easy to get mounted in place. There is a protective cover that can be purchased separately that will help to give it kind of a finished look and the mounting hardware is not included.

It will require two number four screws to get it mounted in place. The two-wire system that you'll use to get it plugged in is right at seven inches long, so not very long at all, but plenty for you to get connected to your system. You're not gonna have to worry about extra wire and trying to wrap it up or anything, cut it off should provide just enough for you to get this hooked up. You can see we've got a black wire and a blue wire, that black is your ground and then the blue is your live wire, your power feed. This is gonna hardwire right into your 12 volt DC systems.

It's only gonna draw about 0.07 to 0.09 amps, so not very much at all and it does come with a limited lifetime warranty, so if you we're to have any problems with it, you're more than welcome to reach out to us here at etrailer.com.
