Hi everybody. My name is Andy with each trailer.com. And today we're taking a look at a Water Dragon Underwater, white LED light. Now this LED light is going to be a great light to consider. If you're looking to replacing the underwater lights on your boat, or if you're looking to add under water lights to your boat, let's take a closer look at it. Now this led underwater light, as you can see, has 12 diodes, and those dials are going to provide a very bright white light for your boat.

This is really going to provide, especially with this number of diodes here, a really nice, bright light, especially when you're underwater. It's gonna really look good as that's coming through the water. And let me give you just kind of a brief demonstration here of what this is going to look like lit up. I do have this connected to a power source, and so you can see that it immediately with all those diodes completely washes out the image there. So this is just with my overhead studio lights on.

Let me go ahead and shut those lights off. And again, very bright with all of those diodes. Let me zoom out here a little bit and you can really see me, even though I'm in a dark room, the reflection of this light really does illuminate this dark room. Now these LEDs are a premium and they are going to be very energy efficient, especially over incandescent bulbs. And they're going to be vibration resistant as well.

And they're going to be, they're going to last you a good long time, and I'm going to turn my studio lights on. So again, I've got my overhead lights on and this light is still very bright. And so this going to be a really good addition to wherever you Mount it. It's going to provide you a lot of light. Let me go ahead and give you another close-up of this.

The output of this light is going to be 5,500 lumens and the white light and I'm going to remove this cover here. These white diodes are behind a waterproof housing. So they're sealed in this waterproof housing and this clear impact resistant lens unit. Now, the circuit board inside is of a military grade construction. So it's going to be very durable and it's going to be able to take quite a bit of punishment. And the urethane potting on the inside offers better protection over the common epoxy potting and controlling the heat transfer inside the light. Now, speaking of a heat, the thermal protection, this light has thermal protection safeguards. So it is going to protect against overheating with that light on this is warm to the touch, but you're not going to have to worry about this light overheating because of all of the protection that is built into this unit. Now this housing here is constructed of a die-cast durable aluminum. So it's not going to rust. It's not going to corrode, very lightweight, very durable, and then included is going to be this stainless steel cover and this stainless steel is a three 16 stainless steel. And what that means for you is it's going to make it more resistant to pitting and corrosion. Plus it just really does provide a very nice attractive cover for this light. So again, this is, this is really going to look nice on your boat. This is compatible with 12 volt and 24 volt DC systems. And as you can see, this is a surface Mount installation with those holes on either side, but it is important to know that the hardware is not included to install this light. So you would have to provide that hardware locally. And this is a hard wire installation. Two wire installation, the white wire will be your power and the black wire will be your ground. Now, let me go ahead and give you some overall dimensions of this light. Let's begin with the overall length, trying to hold everything together here. So the overall length we're going to be setting right at about almost six inches, probably about a five and seven eighths inches for the overall length with my finger there. So you can see it a little bit better. And then the overall width of this light. Now I'm trying to take in consideration that it, the cover does flare out ever so slightly in the middle. So just try to take that into consideration the overall width. We're going to sit a little bit over two inches, probably about two, two and a quarter inches for the overall width. And then the thickness, we're going to be sitting right at about, did that in there a little bit closer, about five eights of an inch for the overall thickness. Then, let me get you this important measurement of the mounting, the distance between the mounting holes. And then up here, we're going to be sitting pretty close, look here, about four and three fourths inches, but that distance between the mounting holes. So, yeah, we're, we're sitting right at four and three quarters inches. And again, the total output of this slide is going to be 5,500 lumens. The input voltage is going to be nine volts to 30 volts. And then the power draw is going to be 3.96 to 4.84 amps. And this does include a 36 inch long wire on the back of this light. And this does have a limited lifetime warranty as well. Now, again, this is a white LED light 12 diodes. If you're looking for a similar light, same number of diodes, same lumens, but you're looking for like a different color.
