Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Thule HideAway Awning Adapter for the Dodge ProMaster Cargo Vans. Now this adapter will let you mount your Thule HideAway Awning directly to the wall of your Dodge ProMaster Cargo Van. It will include everything shown here on the table, the three angled steel brackets, the three steel spacer plates, and then the three aluminum awning plates, comes with all the mounting hardware you need, and a nice set of instructions that'll describe how this all goes together. Now the steel and the aluminum construction is very strong and durable. But that should do it for the review on the Thule HideAway Awning Adapter for the Dodge ProMaster Cargo Van.

Mounting Thule HideAway Awning On a 2022 Winnebago Solis 59PX With Pop Top Roof
I recently visited an RV show where they had an RV with the same style roof as your 2022 Winnebago Solis 59PX on display. It had an awning like the Thule HideAway Awning # TH490011 attached and the brackets used looked custom made by the RV manufacturer. The mounts were similar to the Thule HideAway Awning Adapter # TH308960 as they do get drilled into the van. Be sure to check with your Winnebago dealer as well as I do see that they offered it with an awning from Carefree of Colorado.

Will the Thule HideAway Awning Work On a Pleasure-Way Tofino On Ram ProMaster Chassis
In order to mount the Thule HideAway Awning part # TH490011 on a Ram ProMaster you will need to use the Thule HideAway Awning Adapter part # TH308960. The adapter kit has brackets which conform to the shape of the roof. Therefore, if the conversion package like the Pleasure-Way Tofino uses the factory roof then it should work but keep in mind installation will not be as straight forward so some modifications may be needed. In order to install the Thule Hideaway adapter, part # TH308960, on your 2019 Ram ProMaster 2500 you need to drill into the roof. It doesn't fit into the factory mounting points. Instead part # TH301650 is what you're looking for. It does fit into the factory mounting points on the roof without drilling. Since your Winnebago Solis 59P has a pop top, instead of using the Dodge ProMaster Van Adapter for Thule HideAway Awning # TH301650 with the Thule HideAway Awning for ProMaster or Sprinter # TH620001, I recommend using the: -Thule HideAway Awning Adapter for Dodge ProMaster Cargo Van # TH308960 instead. This kit will allow you to mount the Thule Hideaway awning directly to the side of your camper van, which I believe will work better with your setup, however this kit is not a no-drill kit.

The smallest electric awning we currently offer is from Solera # LCV000334909 and is 11' wide, which would be a bit too large for your Adventurer. The Thule HideAway Awning # TH620001 you were looking at along with the wall mount kit # TH308960 is going to be the best fit for your camper. This is a manual awning so you would have to physically extend and retract it as needed.

The Thule HideAway Awning Adapter # TH308960 you have is designed for "wall mounted" Thule Hideaway awnings, but it looks like you have a "roof mounted" version so you need the mounting bracket # TH301650 instead to get this mounted to your 2022 Ram ProMaster 3500. With how the stock rack of the Winnebago Revel is you wouldn't be able to use the clamp-on installation methods for the Yakima SlimShady Awning # Y36VR or Thule HideAway Awning # TH490008. You would have to custom fabricate some brackets to either bolt through the rails of the rack or clamp to them. For the roof rack, you'll need to get these bars # RRVA180B-2, with the RLTP Legs # RRRLTPFD and these adapters # RRVA-FK1-2. I've included a video for you to watch to see how it installs!
