I have a Thule bike rack that's ten years old. The "C" clamps finally disintegrated from 10 years of use. I checked everywhere including [online] and [online] for a replacement but nobody had one. From a google search a replacement came up on etrailer.com. I ordered one and hoped for the best. My new clamp got here 3 days. After opening the box I could see the new clamp from etrailer was much better than the original Thule clamp. It's sturdier and the protective rubber inside of the clamp is much better on the etrailer clamp. I was very surprised on how quick it arrived, etrailers fantastic service, and especially my new part is better than the old. I will purchase the second clamp from them as well now.

This replacement was perfect!!! Although at the time I was unsure about fit to my particular rack I was answered promptly to ensure fit to my specific model. I received exceptional service was provided detailed info for shipping and apon receiving the product was packaged well and installed with ease!!!

Local bike shop turned me on to this web page that had part I was looking for.
Haven’t actually installed yet but part in comparison to original looks stronger.
