I would say this is an instance of unless you're having issues with them, there's not a reason to replace them. It looks like you've got an older model of the Helium so if you did want to replace them you'd need to use the Replacement Anti-Sway Cradle for Thule Helium Pro Bike Rack # 1500056002 and Replacement Strap # 752-0947-001.
