Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael, with etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the Taylor Made Door Catch. This is going to be able to mount to your walkthrough windshields and other doors to hold them open and reduce vibration.Way these work, you'll mount one to your door, one to the windshield. When you open it up, we'll simply click into place like that. It'll hold your door open.
When you go to close your door it'll pop back out. This kit does include one set of these door catches with the stud end and the catch end and the four bolts there to get them mounted onto your door and windshield.These pieces are about one inch long by half inch wide. This one sticks up about, I'd say, about a quarter of an inch. That one would probably be closer to about five sixteenths. But right about there, when they're combined, you'll have an approximate space between the door and your windshield of about three fourths of an inch.
It's a very simple product. Made from black thermal plastic, so it's going to hold up well in your aquatic environments. You're not going to have to worry about it rusting or corroding. That's going to complete our look at the Taylor Made Door Catch..

Kit includes ball stud, door catch, and mounting screws.This Taylor brand boat windshield catch is so small that I anticipate the first time go over another boats wake of significant size, my windshield will most likely pop up off
this catch and totally destroy it when the windshield comes back down. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.
