The parts I ordered were fine but the Swagman tire mount bike carrier rusted through at the mounting bracket and fell off after a few years so I never got to use the new parts I ordered. 289716

The original liner on my bike rack cradle was lost. I thought I would have to spend a lot of money buying a whole new cradle so I was very relieved to have found this replacement cradle liner on etrailer. The price was excellent as was the service. George let me know when my order shipped and I received it right on time. The liner was packaged securely and was exactly as shown in the picture. It is an exact match for the liner I lost. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I could still purchase parts for my etrailer bicycle carrier after about fifteen years of ownership. I'm well satisfied with the carrier inserts. The old ones became deteriorated from the sum so had to be replaced, and the carrier itself is still in excellent shape. Thank you.570546

Great replacement part that made our older bike rack work like new again. So grateful replacement parts like this are still available. The rubber seems "thicker" than the original, but maybe the original was just worn.1300175

Product was exactly as pictured and described. Replacement pads fit perfectly into existing metal framework. Bike rack is just like new. Saved us from having to purchase a whole new rack. 514026

These replacement pads fit perfectly, some instructions would have been helpful but I eventually figured out the easy way to install them. Place the little locking tab directly over the hole in the tray and using a 4" long 3/8" drive extension from your tool box, press down firmly with the blunt end and the tab pops right through.217093

My Swagman Carrier was purchased in 2005 from etrailer and still works great. However, over time, the inserts began to wear. These replacements fit my Carrier exactly and are very easy to install. My Carrier is now just like new. Thanks so much" etrailer" for having these available.
