Today we're going to be taking a look at the Replacement Hardware Kit for Stromberg Carlson RV Grab Handles. This hardware kit is designed for Stromberg Carlson Lend-a-Hand Grab Handles, part number AM-200, AM-300, and AM-800. Also works with Stromberg Carlson Mini Lend-a-Hand Fold and Grab Handles, part number AM-250 and AM-255. Now, with this kit, you're going to get your two brackets. You're going to get upper and lower. You're also going to get all the necessary replacement hardware to install one handle to your RV.
You're going to get your four mounting screws, two screws per bracket, and you're going to get your bolts right here, spring, and included lock nuts to secure the actual grab handle to the brackets. This would go on top of the grab handle, through the holes, through the hole in the bracket, and then right there on that threaded portion, you would install one of the springs. One spring per bracket. Then you would thread on the included lock nut to get it secured. That's going to allow the handle to easily move from the usable position to the stowed position. Really nice design.
These are made from a durable construction. A nice durable plastic design. They're also designed to be corrosion-resistant as well, that way they last a long time. That's going to do it for today look at the Replacement Hardware Kit for Stromberg Carlson RV Grab Handles.

Includes 2 brackets and hardware necessary to install 1 handle on your RV.I received the replacement grab bar brackets 2 days earlier than originally stated in the tracking statement when the order was shipped from etrailer.com. Luckily we had some friends coming to visit us in the RV park where we were staying who picked them up from our neighbor who collects our USPS mail.
I only needed to replace the bottom bracket which was broken. Our RV is a 2008 Keystone Everest.
After removing the grab bar from the RV, it was relatively easy to insert the bolt through the grab bar and bracket and slide the spring onto the attaching bolt. After a few tries I was able to align the securing nut onto the bolt using needle nose pliers, and then adjust the spring tension. The whole installation took an hour. It would have gone more quickly had I removed both top and bottom brackets in the beginning to allow better access to the bolt and spring area.
I am very satisfied with the bracket product as shipped and the prompt delivery once ordered.
I was able to reuse the existing top (square) plastic bolt clamp which has circular edges to conform to the grab bar diameter, and a recessed area for the bolt head. That item does not come with the purchased bracket.

Was a perfect fit on our 2019 Keystone Montana 3810MS.
these brackets are way better than the originals which were cracked & loose. the new ones are a tight fit between the door frame & the awning arm but will fit. 2004 Everest 323k 5th wheel, 3 slides. the old ones got broken due to a 4 year old grandson playing tarzan by swinging on the hand rail. he won't get to try that on the new ones.

Just fine
A LOT sturdier than the originals and they look better on the camper. So happy these were an option since our handle was fine, but the hardware was cracked. Would have gave them 5 stars but the holes in them are tapered and the included screws didn't fit in them. We used different ones and they worked fine. Overall, glad I made the purchase!

Handle is still sturdy and working great!
I haven't installed the replacement kit yet, but that shouldn't be a problem. Well informed and fast service
Replacement parts are as good, if not better, than the broken pieces I replaced. Easy to install and now the handrail is as good as new.
Had to order replacement kit for Lend a Hand grab handle. Looks like the kit is going to work fine. Heavier than the old brackets. Fast delivery. Nice repair kit. good price.

Exactly what I needed to replace the original mounts for my RV grab handle.
Would have given it 5 stars but it was missing the screws. These brackets were replacing an old style pin bracket and worked fine. I couldn't re-use the other screws on the one it replaced as they were to small. Found four in my junk pile of screws that finished job.
A little difficult to assemble with the spring and nut inside the housing
