Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this black RV refrigerator roof vent. This is going to install on the roof of your RV. It's gonna help keep your RV a little bit cooler by allowing the heat generated by your refrigerator to escape up through your roof. This will install in a 23 3/4 inch long by 6 3/4 inch wide cutouts over top of your refrigerator.
And because heat rises, that is going to just naturally allow the heat to come up from your refrigerator out through the ceiling, so that the heat is going to dissipate from the inside of your RV. You can see this is gonna come with both the base and the cover. The base has this quarter inch wire screen here to help keep out pests. This will be installed from the inside of your RV, going up. You will need a few screws to get this mounted in place.
And then on top of your RV, you'll have the cover here that will fit down in there. You also need four screws to get this mounted onto the base. But this is going to help prevent any rain or moisture from getting down into your RV when the cover is in place. Now, this is the black option. We do also have a white option available if that would better match your color schemes on your RV's roof, other appliances and things that you have up there.

Includes 1 black vent cap and base.Buyer beware. This item came with absolutely no mounting hardware, nor the screws to attach the rain guard to the vent. Searched for hardware via site search link but stated none available. Shipping was was great and product arrived as described.
The first time I ordered the part it didn’t get delivered. When I called and told her what happened she got right on it and sent another one. It arrived 2 days ahead of schedule!

No hardware comes with the vent cap or recommendations as to what material, sealent and or each size or length screw is recommended (2 sizes needed).
