Today we're taking a look at an adapter for Roadmaster InvisiBrake Systems.Now this adapter is required to use the Roadmaster Universal Brake Monitor with your InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System. Now the serial number of the InvisiBrake must be less than 21603.It's a really nice adapter. No hard wiring necessary. You can see here we have the male connector, on this end we have the female connector. So these connectors just plug into place, that's all there is to it.This part number includes one adapter harness.That's gonna do it for today's look at the adapter for Roadmaster InvisiBrake Systems.

    I reached out to Roadmaster and the reason your Older Roadmaster Invisibrake # RM-8700 requires the # RM-8700-9530 is that it was made before the monitor 9530 was made, and the adapter has a built in microchip that regulates the voltage to the # RM-9530 that the newer Invisibrakes do automatically. Without using the adapter the Invisibrake can engage randomly causing quite a safety issue so I recommend using the adapter. If yours is damaged then just use the # RM-8700-9530 as a replacement.
