Today we're going to be taking a quick look at part number RM-650648-18. This is the Road Master 18 inch safety cable extension. Pretty self explanatory, the cable is going to extend the length of your safety cables. For use with a accessories that increase the length of your towing system. So this is going to be perfect for a high low receiver, hitch extensions, and other accessories that you may have that increase the length of the towing system. It's going to keep you from having to buy a new set of safety cables.
This is constructed of air craft type galvanized steel. Very strong a durable. Here in the center section it's going to be coated with blue vinyl coating, so that's going to protect tow bar from chips and scratches. The product is made right here in the USA. Take a measurement of the over all length, measuring from edge to edge, we can see that's where we're going to get the 18 inch measurement from.

The product is exactly what I expected and was explained it would be. I am going to use this as a safety chain from the trailer to the boat in addition to the winch strap.
Etrailer...These people are sick! They walked me through trying to find the right product for my specific application. Even though one of the issues cannot be modified to work, I at least now know it, and trust their information. I have never dealt with a better company from a customer service standpoint. Just awesome!!!
