Adapter Needed to Install Signature Series 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Hitch in a 2013 Ford Super Duty

Question:

I have a 2008 signature series fifth wheel hitch and a signature series gooseneck hitch I interchange on a 2008 f-350 with the underbed rail kit. All purchased from you. My question is, if I purchase a 2013 super duty with the Ford Hitch Prep Package, will I need the RP58419 for each hitch to use them correctly, or is PR58419 used in the 2011 model year only.

The Reese Signature Series Hitch Adapter # RP58419 is designed to adapter the Signature Series hitches to the factory installed prep package on 2011 and newer (including the 2013) Ford Super Duty trucks. Because the feet on the Elite Series hitches (which fit without the adapter) are longer and the Signature Series feet are shorter, an adapter was developed to allow the Signature Series hitches to fit.
