Jeff: Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at this replacement inner tube with the drop leg, the foot, and the pull pin for the Curt Heavy-Duty Direct-Weld Square Jack. Now, this is a replacement inner tube that fits the 10,000 pound Curt Direct-Weld Square Jack, part number 28512. And this inner tube with the drop leg is what'll fit into the outer tube of the jack and allows for stable raising and lowering of your trailer tongue. The inner tube we mentioned has the drop leg itself, the foot on the bottom, and the spring-loaded pull pin. The spring-loaded pull pin is what you'll pull to let the drop leg down.
It's spring loaded, so you'll pull it out and twist it either way, and that'll hold it open and then you can get it to whatever height you need. Once you find the hole for your correct height, twist that back and it'll spring-load lock it into place.Now the drop leg drop gives you a maximum drop of 14-1/2 inches. This is a nice gloss black powder coat finish on the tube. And a few measurements, we're going to measure the jack itself, and this is the inner tube, so it's 3-1/2 inches by 3-1/2 inches. I am very satisfied with this product. My trailer popped off the ball and if not for the jack stands, would have rolled my tractor going down hill and been a bad wreck. Needless to say I had to have some replacements. This product was shipped quickly to my home, I thought the price was very fair, and it took me about an hour to replace old with new. The customer service from this company is outstanding and I'm so thankful for the service I received!

This was the exact fit for my trailer jack, I tried purchasing one from Harbor Freight and thought id just use the guts, but it was way different in size and design. very happy I didnt have to cut and reweld a new jack, this replaced the broken leg, it also came with the screw. very easy to replace, its working great!
