Today we'll be taking a quick look at the Lippert Replacement Hydac Cartridge Valve for RV slide outs. This is going to be a direct replacement for your slide-out hydraulic pump valve cartridge. We'll have the two green o-rings there to provide a good seal, and we'll also have the set screw and the lock manual override for this. This does just include the one Hydac cartridge valve, and it's going to work with your hydraulic RV slide-out pump.As far as some measurements, overall it's about four inches long, and this inner portion here is about three quarters of an inch in diameter. The end here is about three eights of an inch, or three quarters of an inch, excuse me, and then to the threaded portion it's about an inch. There are also two more o-rings in place, so again, it's going to provide a good seal for that hydraulic pump.It's made in the USA, and if you need any other replacement parts from Lippert, we have a lot of options available here at etrailer.com, so definitely check those out.

- Where Do I Install the Lippert Replacement Hydac Cartridge on my Lippert 141111 Reservoir PumpI've looked at both the # LC141111 and the # LC177094 and it doesn't appear that these parts are compatible since there are no ports to install those cartridge valves into. I confirmed this with Lippert, and from the sounds of what you're explaining, it would seem to me that one of the rams on the slideouts is causing this issue. Without the motor and pump being turned on and engaged, the slideouts will not move unless one of the cylinders in the rams is leaking fluid; they would hold everything...

- Replacement Reservoir Tank for Lippert Hydraulic Power Slide Out UnitWithout knowing more info it's hard to know for certain what reservoir you'd need but we do have the Lippert # LC46FR which is a 2 quart reservoir for the Lippert hydraulic kits. Since it's only for your front jack legs what you'll need to do is check the hydraulic line for those legs and also check the seals for your system. You should be able to see fluid on the lines or connection points if it's leaking, and a bad seal will prevent the system from holding pressure. It's possible that the front jacks are damaged but I find that unlikely since both jacks are doing it and it sounds...
