Today we're going to take a look at the The REDARC single voltage battery monitoring gauge. Now this will help you avoid breakdowns and equipment failures with this battery monitoring gauge. This gauge will measure your voltage of your 12 volt start or auxiliary battery. It's ideal for Campers, Caravans, Motorhomes. The voltage will be indicated on a 270 degrees suite gauge indicating between 7.5 volts all the way up to 16.5 volts. If I zoom in here just want to show you what the gauge sort of looks like here.
Might be a little hard to see it does have a tender glass on it.It does give you a visual and audible alerts that occur when low voltage or over voltage conditions are detected. Has a nice round set and chrome bezel offers a nice slick look. Gives you 13 backlight colors and lets you personalize the gauge. It includes everything laid out here on the table, the gauge itself, the primary wiring harness with the programming switch. The power harness right here, mounting hardware and a nice set of detailed instructions.
Now they do also offer an optional Hall Effect current sensor which we do sell separately on our website and it can be used to monitor battery amperage. Because at the very bottom of this gauge there is a digital amp readout, that if you hook that sensor up to you'll be able to read the amps also. But again we do sell that sensor separately on our website. It's part number 331-GS-AMPS. Few specs on this, the diameter of the gauge is two in one 16, seven inch or 52 millimeters. Distance between the mounting holes on the back here.
Center to center is right at one and seven, 16 inches. Input voltages is six to 16 volts DC. Nominal current draws 30 milliamps and the alert levels are fixed less than 11 volts and greater than 16 volts. But that should do it for the review on the The REDARC single voltage battery monitoring gauge.
