Speaker 1: Today, we're going to take a look at the 10 inch long two inch by two inch black receiver tube. Now, the weld on receiver tubes are available in a variety of lengths, dimensions and finishes to match your towing needs. This part number happens to be the 10 inch long version. This is a two inch by two inch hitch receiver tube. Features a nice cast steel collar and a solid stress collar opening. This 10 inch long finish tube will contain a 5/8 inch diameter hitch pin hole and it can achieve a rating up to 20,000 pounds.
It's made of a carbon steel construction. You can see that the through hole here goes all the way through opening. Has a nice black powder coast finish. Give you the overall length on it, it's right at 10 inches.Again, the maximum gross trailer weight capacity is 20,000 pounds. The original from China just failed when I went to lift a log with a chain around the hitch insert.
Works as designed.
Very simple part. Fits perfectly. There are many places where you can buy similar but much shorter inserts. That's the only place where I found that long insert, which provides much superior support to the shank of the hitch ball.

Works like a charm. Have been towing my camper for thousands of miles without any problems. Highly recommend this to avoid wobble when using shorter s that do not provide the needed support.
