I was informed the product I ordered was backordered and was offered a different lens that was in stock. Not in any hurry to get the lens, I declined their offer and thanked them for suggesting the other lens. This is my second time ordering from etrailer, and I have been very happy with both transactions. Highly recommend etrailer.com!

Still working perfectly.
I cracked the lens on my motorcycle trailer while cutting grass, and searched for a replacement lens. The trailer manufacturer didn't sell the lens, nor the light fixture separately. The websearch led me to etrailer.com, and after an easy search through their website, I found the lens that I needed. The purchase was made and the product was delivered sooner than expected. I received a well-packaged product that fit the existing trailer light fixture perfectly. I am 100% satisfied with the whole transaction!

Im very happy with the products purchased. They are a precise fit, which makes it even better.
While my trailer was in storage, the amber lens on a running light was damaged. The replacement from etrailer was perfectly described in their online catalog (dimensions, appearance with picture) which resulted in my ordering the exact replacement part. The lens I received is an exact replacement.
The shipping costs was realistic and cheap. That is a big deal for me: I don't want to pay $10 shipping on a two ounce part. etrailer has great shipping charges.

Thanks for your attention to a customer. I must admit, the reason I bought your lights was to make my trailer as attractive as possible to a potential buyer. I sold the trailer not long after I made the purchase with etrailer. Again, those lights, the price, everything, was first class. I no longer own a trailer, or will be buying a trailer in the near future. I owned several, two-wheel small trailers beginning in 2001, but I have disposed of them all. I am 68, and I have moved to a house with no driveway where the trailers were kept. If you glean anything from this email, it would be older owners are less likely to generate sales.

If you are like me you invested in the more expensive trailer lights, the ones with the replaceable lenses, since you know they will get broken time and again... So, you head down to the auto parts store where you got your lights only to find out they don't sell the replacement lenses, only the entire light assembly... Obviously they have opted for maximum profit per store visit, not happy customers who come back for more...
Wait... etrailer.com to the rescue!!! They had the exact trailer light lenses I needed, they shipped them pronto, didn't clobber me on freight for tiny items, and the little screws I lost were included with the new lenses!! Thanks George and etrailer.com for helping me get the value from my first purchase, the trailer lights, by being able to repair them. I ordered spares for both the red and amber lenses... Thx again, you know I'll be back...

I ordered a lens cover for a trailer. It came quickly even during the interuption of Hurricane Harvey. It was as described including 2 screws for mounting. I was so happy I have ordered more lens covers since I keep breaking them.

The replacement lens fit the trailer tail lights perfectly and I appreciate how quickly I received them.
My trailer’s Manufactuer was unable to help me obtain several parts for a trailer I purchased 2 years ago. The retailer where I purchased the trailer told be they could not send the parts without paying for additional parts (attached) that I did not need, at an additional cost. etrailer was Awesome!
