According to my contact at Peterson the correct replacement amber lens for your Peterson M125A light is part # 55-15A. This consists of a 2 x 2-3/4-inch lens and two screws. For a red lens use part # 55-15R. Both have a mounting hole spacing of 2-5/16-inches.
Please feel free to let me know if your lens' dimensions and mounting hole spacing differs from the above parts.
