Today we're going to be taking a look at the replacement side marker lens for the STL16RB, and STL17RB Trailer Lights. This lens is SAE, and Department of Transportation Compliant. It's made from a red, acrylic construction that's strong and durable. It's going to feature the reflector that's built into the lens and this is a genuine replacement part. I just want to go ahead and show you how to it installs. What we're going to do is install it.
You'll need to remove the main lens. That's going to be held on our four screws, so you need to remove the screws, remove the main lens from the trailer light, and then remove any parts of the old side marker lens. Then you can take your new one, and it's simply going to slide and fit into the groove, along the bottom. Now that's going to be held in place by re-installing the main lens. You want to hold that in place, replace the main lens back into position, and then you would secure everything by re-installing your hardware. Be careful not to over tighten these so you don't damage the main lens.
Then once you have that tightened back down, your side marker lens is going to be held securely in place. That's going to do it for today's look at the replacement side marker lens for the STL16RB, and STL17RB Trailer Lights.

This is not an earthshaking part, but when you need one, there is NO substitute. I was not thrilled about the prospect of spending a good chunk of change for an entire new light assembly and was thrilled to find etrailer.com. Trailer light lens was a perfect fit and great service
Unfortunately your website nor a call to customer service could provide the dimensions of the piece. I had to order it to find out. It is 2x3 and I need 3x3. Wasted time and effort could have been avoided with basic info on website. just a thought...
eTrailer is a great resource for replacement trailer light lenses. Stationary objects keep running into my trailer lights and smashing the lenses. Local stores carry only a couple of lens types -- not the LED light lens. eTrailer's prices are very good, and my order shipped the same day. I will continue to do business with eTrailer.

Working as it was suppose to. Perfect fit.
Exact replacement for the submersible 'over-80' Harbor Freight LED units. Saved me a small bundle, since the LEDs inside are actually in a clear, sealed enclosure, and the red lenses are just covers.
Product was exactly as described and pictured. Lens was exact replacement for my original side marker lens. I also purchased the replacement taillight lens. Shipping was fast and items arrived in perfect condition.
