Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the Solera Awning Plain Drive Head Back Cover. Now, this replacement awning cover is very durable, very easy to install. It is made from a sturdy plastic to protect the drive head assembly from outside elements and debris. This plain drive head back cover is universal for all Solera Plain Power and pull-style awning drive head assemblies, including short, flat, and pitched. The cover comes all fully assembled. It's very durable, very easy to install, and it is made in the USA.

This part was needed for my travel trailer. I was happy I found etrailer since I had searched the internet for a couple of hours. Do it yourself repair took about 20 minutes. I would purchase RV parts from etrailer again. Good value, quick service and shipping.

Great product and really help to stabilize the front of the awning. The old one was damaged and this backing to the motor cover seats much better and is a nice fit. Thank you etrailer.

The part I received was great, but for the price I paid for these parts I did not even get the screws to assemble them, etrailer charges $x each and take 6 of them that’s is crazy

- How Does Cover of Solera Power Awning Head RemoveTo remove the cover of a Solera power awning head # LC289561 you do need to insert a slot screwdriver into the slots you mentioned to gently pry the cover off. The trick is to go slow and not force anything and you won't break anything.

This is a front cover like you said you needed as well. For a back cover you'd want the part # LC289561 for if its the drive head or part # LC289567 for if it's the idler head.
