Today we're taking a look at a Quickie RB Battery Tray. Now this tray provides easy access to your RV's battery compartment. It sits on a roller ball-bearing slide system for smooth operation, I'll show you that in a minute. And then we have the safety latch locks to secure the tray in the stowed position. So that way it doesn't accidentally roll out.It is fully assembled and ready for install. Comes with your battery tie-down strap located right here.
It's got the connection point for that strap on either side of the slide-out tray. It's a powder coated steel construction, so it's designed to resist rust and corrosion and it's very strong and durable. The product's made in the USA.Real quick I'm gonna go over how it rolls out and then we'll go over the measurements. Right now this is the stowed position and it's secured in place. To disengage it, you need to lift up on the latch, on each side and then you can slide the unit out.
It then has a stop, so it doesn't over extend and then when you're done, it just gets pushed back in. Latches go back into place and it's fully secured.Now when it comes to the actual tray, the available space in here, side to side we have about seven and a half inches. The measurement from the front of the unit to the back is about 12 and a half inches deep and the sides over here are about two inches tall. Now overall, side to side, it's about nine inches, front to back overall is about 13 and a half and then the overall height is about two and five eights. The mount holes, you see they're a square design, there's four on each arm.
They're separated on center by three inches and by six inches side to side and then the holes measure five sixteenths by five sixteenths.Weight capacity on this unit is 130 pounds. That's gonna do it for today's look at the Quickie RV Battery Tray.
