Today we're going to take a look at the mounting bracket for the Hydrastar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator. This rugged mounting bracket provides a nice, stable platform for mounting your Hydrastar Electric Over Hydraulic Brake Actuator to. It is made of a nice, anodized aluminum construction. What's really nice is they round off the edges right here so there's no sharp edges to them. They are pre-drilled for the Hydrastar mounting hole, and right here they are pre-drilled for the u-bolt mounting holes. This mounting bracket is designed to be used with standard u-bolt hardware, and it may be used in either the raised position, you'd mount this along the frame rail and then mount your Hydrastar up here, or you can even mount it to lower the Hydrastar Actuator along the frame rails using this to the frame rails and then mount your Hydrastar right here. It mounts very easily to the frame rails. The mounting hardware is not included. The dimensions on this, just to give you an idea of the size, the total length on this is right at fifteen inches.
The height, from the very bottom to the very top, is going to be right at six inches tall. Then the width, which is this portion right here, is going to be right at four inches wide. What I do have here, just to give you an idea, I have an example of the Hydrastar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator. This is what it would look like, and if you notice on the ends there's mounting brackets, two holes here, and mounting brackets with two holes on the other. Those holes will line up with that right there. We can basically set this right in, line your holes up just like that, and then that gives you the mounting bracket.
Now that would be the lower position, this would be up against the side rails. If you wanted to put it in the higher position, you could just reverse this, and then take your unit and set it right up on top, and line it up with the holes, and then have it in that position. So either way, whichever fits your application. That should do it for the review of the Mounting Bracket for the Hydrastar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator.
