What's up everybody, it's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna be checking out this hinge replacement for your two in one, Furrion range stove or cooktop. So, you see the glass here where it hinges. Let's say that broke, something happened and you wanna replace it. You don't have to get a whole new glass top, you can just order this and it's gonna come with, the new hinge. It's gonna come with the plastic bolts and then the nuts on the opposite side.
We're gonna set this up in between the glass, so much like it is on the other side. Make sure the hinge fits right there between the glass and we'll line up the holes on the hinge with the glass as well. Then we're gonna put one of the plastic bolts through the top side and then go underneath and start the thread on the nut by hand. So no reason to, over time to right now. We just want to get it started.
If you want to come back and get a few more turns on it with the wrench and the socket, just be careful. You don't need to get it super tight because it is a plastic bolt. You don't want to do anything to damage the top, as you're tightening it down With that replaced you can see, it works just like it did before with that new hinge. And some things to note is when you do order this you can't order just the bolt separately, just order the whole hinge. You get both of those and then, as well as a replacement.
And also it only comes in a quantity of one, so if you need to replace both hinges, I would order both of 'em. That's about it though. You got it working like new with that replacement. I'm glad I didn't have to get a whole new top or anything. It was a pretty easy fix.

Everything went well. I only purchased this product for the screws that connect it to the stove top. They work good. I wish I could have found them without the hinge. I bet they would have been cheaper.
