Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this replacement black top with the glass cover for the Furrion 2-in-1 Range Oven. Now, this part here will replace the black top panel and the glass cover on your Furrion 2-in-1 Range Oven, works on the oven part numbers FSRE17SABL or the FSRE21SABL, both of those ovens we do sell separately on our website. And this part here, let me just zoom in to get you a closeup, this is going to be the portion that goes over the top of the range oven, keeps it protected whenever you're out on the road. And then when you're ready to use it, you can just open it up and bring the glass up and over then rest back away from the range. You can see how it folds in half, and it pulls right out of the way, stays up like that, and you can do your cooking.
And also, what's nice down here is they do have spring assist, so you can see, what's nice is when you fold this and then you go to lift it up, it'll automatically pretty much do it by itself, helps out. Now, you can cook your meals, do everything you want on your stove. Now, if this happened to get damaged somewhere along the way, this is going to be the actual direct replacement from Furrion for the glass cover. Also, when you do store this, you can see it does have the bumpers here to protect the glass from touching it, and right up here, it has these rubber bumpers, so actually, you could see when it goes down, and then when you put it down here and push it in, it's actually a wedge fit, so it holds it in place, so it doesn't bounce around. Now, also on the top here, they say there's a warning, do not place any pans onto the glass surface, so you don't wanna store anything up here, it's not meant to be any type of usable space.
And then again, raise it up, just flip it in half, put up like that, and you're all ready to go. The other thing you might wanna do is you wanna make sure this isn't red hot, as soon as you're done cooking, you don't wanna put this cover back or the glass cover back down over it. Even though this is a tempered glass, you don't wanna put it down if it's really hot, you want it to cool down and then just put it back over it. And again, you could see how its hinged makes it very easy to handle, and then drop it right into place just like that. Replaces the black top panel and glass cover for your Furrion 2-in-1 range oven (FSRE17SABL or FSRE21SABL).Wasn’t sure if this would be a direct replacement for the Furrion Range in my Airstream since it did not match the replacement part number. Korren reassured me that I could return it if it didn’t fit. Received the item in a couple days and if fit perfectly. I have always had good experience with etrailer products and their customer service.
This was a direct replacement for our Furrion range. It came packaged extremely well and was super easy to install. Fast shipping & great communication during the whole process. etrailer is the BEST!
This is a perfect replacement but my review is not five stars just because of shipping, the Box could have been packaged a lot better there was a lot of room all around the item which made it a little dented in different areas for my luck I was able to bend everything back because I have a customer that was waiting for it.
The glass stove top showed us as promised within days of shipping. Took me longer to get the part out of the box because the shipper used liquid packing goad. After that the stovetop fit like a glove.
It was exactly what we needed. My only complaint is lack of instruction on installation. I would have appreciated more detail. It took us over an hour to figure it out using the "try this" method.
This is the only company that still wants your opinion one year after purchase! Good for them. Most people love what they got right afterwards but let them work with it awhile then you get their honest and realistic opinion!
Shipped fast, packaged very well with extra foam padding. The replacement top was easy to install.
Ordered one day and on truck next morning, two days latter and it was delivered with free shipping. It took 10 min (including cleanup time) to install (just watch video for item), so piece of cake . Item was exact fit not a single complaint in the whole transaction. Thank you!
eTrailer was good to work with. They helped me get what I needed. My irritations is with the product. It was either a returned piece of goods or had been damaged when manufactured. I was real happy when it arrived and I went quickly to do the repair. I pulled the damaged one out and slid the new one in place. Hard to see in the back left corner the frame was bent 90-degree's. I snapped it in place and the unseen bent frame was down and I shattered the glass in the new top. I was shocked and irritated. Fortunately I had the old top and I used the good glass piece from it to do the repairs. Having gripped I'd use these folks again for parts.

Received great and prompt service from trailer. The whole experience was great.
We gave all of the info on our trailer and matched it with your web site. Very easy but wrong. It is close and we were able to do a little remodeling of our unit in order for it to fit but it is not the right one and make make a difference on resale. Gave you a 3 because you were quick and easy and it was almost right.
Ordering was simple, delivery was quick, and installation was easy.
The part is what you would expect but the service and assistance at trailer was above and beyond. We ran into an issue with the delivery (product damaged) and once we contacted etrailer, the issue was resolved immediately with no hassle. Excellent customer service.
The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Took forever to get the part and besides that, they charged our account 2 times for the same part. Evidently the person in the office ordered the part after I had already placed the order online. Getting our money back was a terrible experience. Their mistake and our loss. We did eventually get our money back, after some phone calls. After reading many reviews, thought this company would be good to deal with. NEVER again! Worst company I have ever dealt with and I have ordered many, many things in my life. Also after getting 2 exact items, the one was damaged, could not have used it if I had to. Do not have a clue how they stay in business. Good Luck if you decide to order from this company.
Customer service is extraordinary!
After accidentally breaking the glass on my cooktop, I found a replacement on etrailer.com. After completing my online order, I received an email from customer service stating they were out of stock of that item, but they had a replacement item available. I called and told them I had a deadline for the part delivery (we are traveling), and they suggested buying the in-stock item to avoid a delivery delay. I did, and the part arrived today, one day early and in plenty of time to make my deadline. It is not often have I seen a company so in touch with a customer's order and to reach out to prevent a problem from developing is truly above and beyond.
Fit perfectly in my 2019 Thor Chateau 22B. Popped the old one out and popped the new one right in. Easy Peasy and Etrailer shipped it quickly to an address I could pick it up at while on a cross country road trip.
This is a great replacement part super easy to pull out the old and put in the new. However, I made a huge mistake and assumed that this new oven topper came with the grill pieces because it was a whole unit but I didn’t realize that until after I threw out the others….
Item numbers seem to change like the role of dice, but this was the perfect replacement for the glass stovetop that came with our motorhome. It fits our stovetop #FGHWCLDA-BL which is a stovetop only, no oven.

It was a perfect fit. Arrived well boxed up. The video was very helpful to install my stove top myself.
The replaceement black top glass cover's quality was equal to the original. It took me about two minutes to install the top once the original top was easily removed. No complaints.
Little worried at first but the stovetop fit like a glove. Every was packed carefully.
hard to install most tabs were bent and some of the rubbers were missing, and I thought quite pricey for what you get

Replacement stove top cover with glass
One side of the bottom metal grid was bent and had to get straightened for installation. Made it fit but very hard to get in and out for cleaning.

Well packed and came 1 day early. Easy replacement to the stove, fit perfectly. The old one busted into small pieces all by itself without being hit or heated.
