Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a quick look at the replacement glass turntable plate. This is going to replace the glass turntable used inside your Furion over the range convection microwave oven. This is designed to help heat and cook all your items more evenly as it's going to turn around. You can see we've got the three prongs in the bottom that will integrate with the mechanism that turns the plate in your microwave.Now the most important information I can provide you for this plate is that it is right at three and 5/8ths, sorry, 13 and 5/8ths of an inch wide in diameter.
So make sure that your original plate fits that same description, and this is going to work well for you.Overall, very simple product, but very important in using that over the range conduction oven. Replaces the glass turntable used inside your Furrion over-the-range convection microwave oven.Customer service is great, product is fantastic, BUT the USPS is not the best option for a carrier as they don’t always provide the CURRENT status of a package that has a tracking number. My LOCAL Post Master had the package IN her hands while looking at the tracking info, per the info, thus item was STILL “In Transit”. Needless to say, she was NOT happy about that and updated the system to reflect delivery.

The original microwave plate arrived completely shattered. Which is why I gave only 4 stars. I don’t know how it was originally packaged, but the postal service repacked it with a note of apology.
When I called Etrailer notifying them of the issue, the lady who handled my call was excellent. She immediately put in an order for another one and got us shipped that day. Which was excellent because we needed it for our upcoming trip.
They had the part that I needed. It was delivered in a timely matter. No hassle, great service.

Super quick shipment and the turntable was a perfect fit for our Furrion RV microwave. Now we just need to figure out a better way of keeping these from launching themselves when we hit a big bump!

This microwave plate has been perfect. Now, before we move our camper, I make sure the plate is secured in a drawer to prevent another breakage.
Package arrived on time and was what I needed. Price was $15.00 higher than what it would’ve cost if the original manufacturer had in stock.
Perfect fit, exactly as described. Packaging ensure that item was not broken during shipment.

Works great after a year. Was a good fit and still is. No warp. Has handled the road bumps with no problem.
