Great Product and it repaired my 800 lb Fulton boat trailer Jack. The Jack was missing the Fulton Cap so I included the cap along with the repair kit. The cap fit perfectly.
Quick delivery and fit right on my swing up jack. No longer have to worry about the grease getting washed out, or insects crawling into mechanism.

Still works great, no problems no issues
I bought the trailer used and there was no cap or information. I ended up ordering several different caps knowing one should be the correct cap. Reviewing this item is difficult for that reason. I can say one was correct and all seem to be off the same excellent quality so if anyone reads this review and you're not sure, rest assure you won't regret your purchase. Thanks eTrailer. I purchased everything to rebuild my trailer jack, everything fit perfectly and is working great a year later. I use my boat all the time so it gets a regular workout.
Gentlemen I spoke with on the phone was very
polite and knowledgeable. I explain to him what I was looking for. He looked up the parts that l was looking for. I placed my order it was delivered with in a few days. I was able to track my order from the time it was it was placed got shipping until the it arrived at my home. Great place to order from. We I will order them from now on.
I haven't installed the part yet, but it looks to be correct. This was my first order with etrailer and I would definitely recommend them. The person taking my order was very helpful and knowledgeable and etrailers prices were cheaper than anyone else I found online.
Stripping down a 16 year old 21 ft. salt water use trailer - from end to end. The folks @ etrailer were very knowledgeable, and helpful in my decision making. From placing the order, to tracking the order, to the way the items were packed for transit. Other distributors could learn from these people; in regards to customer service, following up, both office and warehouse. Unloaded the products last night, nothing short, all quality in regards to their products, with great pricing. The installation videos are a big bonus, and something I'll be taking advantage of, during the restoration. Will follow up with picture, (before and after) when I'm done
I had a large tree limb fall directly on top of my hitch. The hitch only had a broken plastic cap. I ordered a new one from etrailer and received it within a week. It took 2
min. to install and looks like new. Thanks Etrailer

Produst was fine, it didn't fit but that was not the products fault. I tried to make this product fit on a Bulldog Jack. No success.
