Ellen: Hey everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. Today we're taking a quick look at the tailor-made snap fasteners. Now these are going to be made to go directly into a wood surface so that you can snap on a cover or any other material that you might want to add. So typically this is going to be to screw around the outside of your boat and have the snap fasteners go onto your cover so you can keep everything nice and protected in the off season and not have to worry about that. So you will probably want to pick up the female end of these snaps for getting attached to your fabric.You can find those here at etrailer.com. That part number is going to be 369401 for the snap fasteners for cloth.

Again, that's going to be the female side of these. I'm going to give you a couple of measurements just so you can see about how big these are. So total length from the very tip of that little screw to the top of our fastener, it's about 9/16 of an inch. Or excuse me, about 5/8. Disregard that first one.

5/8 of an inch. And the actual threaded portion of our screw is about 3/8 of an inch. The outer diameter of that top. Move this over so you guys, okay. So there, there was our 3/8 of an inch 5/8 of an inch.

The diameter up here at the top it's about 3/8 of an inch as well. Just takes a little Phillips head to get that in place.
