Speaker 1: Today, we'll be replacing the cab seal for Extang Encore tonneau covers, part number EX32000368. Is your tonneau cover leaking at the bulkhead Don't replace your tonneau cover. Replace the bulkhead seal. It's an exact replacement for your Extang Encore tonneau cover cab seal. It's easy to install. We'll go ahead and show you that now.You can start by slowly removing the other one.
This one . I'm sure that most of the adhesive will come off. If you need to, you could take some alcohol and a putty knife and clean off the excess, and it should come right off. Then, we can take our new seal. We'll pull it back just slightly.
Then, we're going to place it here on the bulkhead, just before it begins to roll on the inside of the truck bed. And we'll just work our way down.Be sure to push it firmly down. Once we get to the other side, we can just cut off the excess with some scissors. Give it one good push the rest of the way down, and then, we'll be all set. And that's going to complete the replacement of the cab seal for the Extang Encore tonneau covers, part number EX32000368..

The supplied seal had crushed foam in the middle from shipping, and didn't make contact with the Tonneau. This seal had to defects and sealed up the cab/bulkhead perfectly.
I did not have the cover that was mentioned in the
Video but found the cab foam seal works on a GM
Tonneau cover. This is my 2nd cover on this pickup
and am really pleased with the way it turned out. I

UPS took there time. ETrailer shipped it fast. Have not put on truck yet, but appears to be the right stiffness for good seal ability.
I love my Extang truck bed cover, however the front cab seal had become misshaped probably due to me reinstalling the top incorrectly and it started to leak. Luckily, I was able to order the exact replacement seal, which arrived promptly and after cleaning the area and installing the replacement, restored my cover to like new condition and once again protected the contents of my truck bed. Installed on my 2015 GMC Denali on the front bed rail, reinstalled the cover and took the pickup to the car wash. No leaks!

Ordered sever parts for my cover. One showed up damaged from the FedEx driver and they were very helpful and quick to send out a replacement.
This was the easy part - stick it to the bed, cut to size, peel off the backer and done. No leaks where this goes.

Still working great. Adhesive is strong even through a winter of freezing and moisture along with extreme heats. Definitely recommend!!
