Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a brief look at this rubber large half round seal for RV and trailer doors. With this rubber seal, you are going to be able to replace your old and worn out weather stripping around your doors and hatches of your RV before water damage creates a costly headache for you. As you've already seen, this is a peel and stick installation with the pre-applied 3M adhesive backing. And the skirting around the recessed adhesive is going to protect the connection from the elements.
You simply remove the backing and apply the seal to your frame. Surface preparation is recommended to remove any old adhesive. And then you would just use your scissors to trim the extra seal. This is made in the USA of EPDM dense rubber that won't shrink, crack or fade over time. It's very durable and it's going to be resistant to UV damage.
Now, this bundle that I have here is 30 feet long. And just to give you some other overall measurements, the overall width at the widest point, we're gonna be sitting right at about 3/4 of an inch. And then looking at the height when we're not including the tabs, we're sitting right at about half an inch tall. And then including those tabs, we're sitting right at about 3/4 of an inch tall. Well, that's gonna conclude our brief look today.

Worked perfectly to complete a full seal around my RV Entry door. The previous seal, original to the door had a compression-set overtime....which means 'it wasn't snug on the entire periphery'.

- Recommended Bulb Seal For An RV Ramp Door With A 1/4" Gap I went out to the warehouse and compressed both the # SR26ZR and the # SR76ZR and found that the # SR26ZR is approximately 3/8" thick when fully compressed and that the # SR76ZR compresses down to just a hair past 1/4". The base of the # SR26ZR is a lot thicker than it looks in the pictures so the # SR76ZR is going to be your best bet to properly seal the opening without being too thick to where you'd have to struggle to close the door.
