Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at this replacement drain tube. This is going to replace the drain tube that originally came with your Extang Encore Hard Tonneau Cover for your GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado truck beds. This is going to be an exact replacement from Extang so you're not going to have to worry about fit issues or compatibility or anything like that. It's going to plug in just like the original did to reroute that water, make sure that it's not getting into your truck bed, where it can get your equipment and gear wet.
It'll funnel that right out underneath your truck.This is right about 25 inches in total length, so just like the original it's going to do a good job for you. So if for whatever reason you smashed the other one or it's become damaged, unusable. At this point, obviously, you don't want to risk having a crack in there and that water coming in getting into your gear in your truck bed. So a quick replacement of this is going to be pretty easy to do and ensure that you're going to have all your stuff stay dry. So that's going to complete our look for today.

Exact replacement always kept me informed and up to date.

Perfect. Time/age/use made the original drains on my top loose. These are nice and tight again.
