Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a quick look at the replacement tapered weather seal. This is going to replace the tapered weather seal from the side rails of your TruXedo low-profile tonneau cover.This is sold by the foot, so depending on the amount of replacement that you need, if you've got a small portion that you needed to replace, you can buy just the foot, or if you need to replace the whole length of the truck bed, you can buy as much as you need.This is going to be right at one inch wide, and up at the top it's about an eighth of an inch thick, at the bottom, it's about a quarter of an inch thick.So, this is made here in the USA, and it is got that nice squishy material to it so it's going to seal nicely, give us a nice tight seal so we don't have to worry about any weather or anything like that.So that's going to complete our look at the replacement tapered weather seal. Sold in increments of 1' of rubber weather seal.Be careful on there product pictures, you might just get one foot of tonneau cover seal like I did. Read the whole description before ordering It was my fault but alittle deceiving if you don’t read. Read before you click. Learned a lesson
It is useless, what I suppose to do with less than 3 feet in length

We sell the seal in one-foot increments to allow you to buy as much as you need. It can be trimmed down if too long.
Their communication is excellent and uncommon in today’s world. They answer questions and address any issues promptly. I highly recommend this company.

Looks like a quality product. Different than the original but I think it will work ok. Took a little time to receive but I was kept informed by e-mails about the delays even on weekends. I had ordered parts before directly from the manufacturer and experienced the same delays, but I had to inquire as to the status instead of being informed directly by etrailer. Great customer service personnel!

Very happy with the products and service received. The products were as advertised and came on time as promised. They were the correct replacement and fit for my TruXedo Lo Pro QT hardware weather stripping and header seal. Sorry, don't have any photos to share, but it looks great. Also there was a little extra length on the weather stripping so thank you for that. The only comment I have is the box to a bit of a beating in the mail and was starting to come open where it was taped closed. All the parts were inside so all was good.

Still very happy with my TruXedo Lo Pro QT hardware weather stripping and header seal. Still looks and performs like new after a year.
Working Great after a year. No leaks.
It does what it's designed to do. The adhesive is sufficient for the application.

Holding up so well even after a year. I’m from Wisconsin so it’s had to de with all sorts of weather, but it’s been great.
I just received my order today and the part fit like the perfect glove. From the placing to receiving the product was quick and painless. So I am pretty sure I will be purchasing from etrailer in the future.
P.S. I didn't get paid for this :P.

Came in good shape but the wire ties cut in to the rubber would have been better if the seal was put in package without anything. It got here quick and I did get a email the day of shipping.
One year after installation it is holding up well.
Need to do a better job of highlighting its sold per ft. There was also only 11" usable inches of the tape i received. At that price per ft its way way cheaper online
Received wrong item when this item was very much needed. Rather disappointing in terms of customer service. I would not recommend ordering online but rather find a local retailer as this has been a rather aggravating ordeal

The replacement weather seal installs between the inside edge of the truck bed top rail and the side rail of the tonneau cover as shown in step 2 of the installation instructions. The seal is thicker on one edge than the other, and the orientation of the thicker edge will depend on the make of truck you have. For a Ford, the thick edge would face the top or for GM it would face the bottom.
Delivered super fast and was a perfect fit.
Doesn’t quite fill the gap but it helps.
Ordering process was simple and quick. The seal was a Truexdo OE part.
Just got the product wait to put the final touches on the project truck. Will send pictures when finished.
Had everything I needed and fast ship.

You are correct, each quantity is one foot of seal. You will need to measure how many feet you will need, then make that your quantity.
