Today we're going to take a look at the replacement motor mount for the Fan-Tastic Vent roof vent. Now this part will replace the motor mount on your Fan-Tastic Vent roof vent, part number FV801208. We do sell that roof vent separately on our website and this part is the part that will hold the fan motor assembly into your roof vent.You can see it's a nice clear color, it is for a quantity of one motor mount. Now basically it does have holes for installing this, but there is no hardware included, so you would have to use the hardware off your old fan or supply your own hardware. But that should do it for the review on the replacement motor mount for the Fan-Tastic Vent roof vent.

An easy replacement of the motor mount for the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Fan. Doesn't come with any screws so make sure not to lose any screws you take out. And don't over-tighten any screws. I think that may be the cause of the original motor mount breaking.

Quick delivery and the part worked perfectly for my manually operated 2015 Fantastic-Fan. I initally thought my existing screws were too large for the holes in the mount itself. However, if you go slow as the screws bottom out it winds up being tight and secure.

Fantastic Vent motor mount.
Etrailer was the only place that had the part I needed. As usual their customer service was great and shipping was faster than they had estimated.

motor mount did not work as the mounting holes did not match the holes for my model 2200 fantastic fan, so turned out to be worthless to me.

Unfortunately the mount does not fit older units (1996) as the motor mounts differently. The mount did not appear to be sturdy compared to my older one.

Not an exact match up to our 2008 model. Will be able to modify to fit. Also not as heavy duty.

Came in a short time. Fit perfectly. Only think i needed to drill out the fan holes, they were to small. If I would have forced them i am sure it would have cracked. But a quick ream out and it was perfect

The EZ-Breeze uses a different design and parts so this is not compatible. Since the EZ-Breeze has been discontinued there are no longer replacement parts available. The only option would be to replace it completely with a new vent like the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent # FV802250.
