It does have an inner diameter of one and three quarter inches. It is also known as a Type B Tongue Washer. It's made of a very nice, solid steel material.

- Grease Cap Fit for M1101 Trailer with Hub Bore 2.694 BoreThe closest size we have is 2.72 inches and is the part # RG04-120. It's going to be pretty tight but since the caps are tapered as well as most hub bores it would be your best option that will fit based on a previous customer coming back and saying this fit your exact trailer. For a drive tool you would want the part # 290-993 to make driving on the cap easier.
