Replaces the hand winch on your Brophy cable camper jack (CJ31, CJ41, CJ74).
I bought this replacement because the spring on my original brophy Jack snapped, making the winch unworkable. I used the replacement winch to load my camper onto my truck. Months later, on the second use of the replacement, the spring once again snapped as I was taking the camper off the truck. Luckily, I was able to grab the winch handle and prevent one of my jacks to rapidly lower while under load of my camper. I’m very disappointed in the quality of the springs, especially when these jacks are supporting very valuable campers. Not to mention, if the spring breaks you need to buy a whole new winch.
Great winch! Received it in 3 days which was 3 days sooner then expected.
