It replaces the Air Lift to Air Lines on all LoadLifter 5000, LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate, and Ride Control air helper springs.This hosing or this air line kit measures around 16 feet long, has an outer diameter of a quarter inch, the threaded connectors are already attached, and it is SAE and department of transportation compliant.That's gonna do it for today's look at the replacement Air Line Kit for Air Springs Systems.

Fantastic shipping time. The line is one piece, with Schrader valves on each end, meant to be cut to length. One of the Schrader valves has no movement, but luckily, I only needed the other one. Caused a re-do, but only a twenty minute job. Quick shipping, decent prices.

Airlift ultimate Plus 5000, the issue was that the person I spoke with said it was a 30ft section and it was only two small sections about 5ft each. I did not use either section, also the fittings would not work on the system for what I needed to do. I was able to get what I needed from another company and did not use the parts I received from your company.

All of the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Spring kits for your 2004 Ford F-150 use a 1/4" air line so to replace your damaged air line you will need the Replacement Air Line Kit # AL20086. You will want to be careful when routing the new air line to keep it a decent distance away from your exhaust pipe or any suspension components to keep the line from being damaged. If your 2 hoses are off by 1" I wouldn't worry too much about it. If for some reason they're off by feet you could end up with a pressure imbalance between the two causing them the air bags to be uneven. The easiest thing to do would be replace the shorter side with the # AL20086 and cut it down with a hose cutter # AL10530 so it matches. This air line kit is approximately 16' long which should be plenty.

You would just need to wire it in to the rest of the system and attach the air line to the back. If you also need the air line, AirLift has several options. For LoadLifter 5000, LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate, and Ride Control air helper springs use # AL20086. For AirLift 1000 rear kits use # AL22007 and for the front # AL22030.

- Does Air Lift Air Bag Kit for Motorhome Require Additional Length of Air LineThe air line that comes with the # AL88105 SHOULD be long enough for your application as it is 16 feet long and the replacement is # AL20086. The air line wouldn't need to run to the engine bay as it normally runs to cab. But we do have a 30 foot hose with the part # F9153 which will work great. Or you could go with a remote compressor like the part # AL25980EZ which wouldn't require running line up to the cab since a gauge wouldn't need to be added there.

I wanted to reach out to you to assist with the replacement air line hose. Which brand of suspension system do you have? I checked for 30 ft hoses and the only brand that I have that in is Firestone 14 hose part # F915.
