This replacement base fits your B&W Companion fifth-wheel trailer hitch for the 2015-2019 Chevy/GMC factory 5th-wheel towing prep package. Unit sits in the sockets in your truck bed for easy installation and removal.Dropped this base right into the truck, assembled the uprights and adjusted the lock tension and 30 or so minutes later i was backed under and hooked to the RV and ready to go.
Great hitch I’ve been using the Companion hitch for 2 years. Bought the oem base for GM because the truck I bought has the oem hitch in it
I can install this base and mount the coupler in 2 minutes. A younger man could do it quicker. B&W builds a great product and etrailer is the only place I shop for my towing needs.
Customer service was excellent, James was very helpful. B&W hitch was easy to assemble, it’s the only brand I buy.
I have not installed B&W hitch yet, but it appears to be exactly what I need to put this hitch in our new 2019 GMC.
I love the B&W hitches, they are reasonably priced, made in USA, comes in two pieces making it easy for older folks to remove from their tow truck and leaves the bed clean to use without rail, etc. in the bed.

Great, B&W make the best made quality towing equipment bar none, the best.
This is a great product, I bought it for my 2018 GMC 2500HD with the factory puck system. It is very simple to put together and is easy to use. I use it to pull my 40' 5th wheel camper and it works well, very rigid unit once it's locked into the pucks which provides a nice smooth towing experience without any jerking. I kept my 5th wheel hitch off of my original Companion setup and it hooked right up without any issues, I highly recommend this hitch.
Love it. Bought a new pickup, but didn't want to have to buy a whole B&W Companion setup. The new pickup has the puck system from the factory. Was able to get just a new base from e-trailer and works perfectly with old fifth wheel hitch top, great company to work with.

Bought this Companion Base for my 2019 GMC 3500HD to replace the base on my BWRVK3500 I used in my 2015 Ford F350. I love B&W hitches and the fact that the hitches heads are interchangeable between bases. Dena was very knowledgeable and helpful making this transaction effortless. Delivery was quick and as promised.
I had to replace my truck. I then needed to replace my older 3000 series American made BW 5th wheel hitch. After talking with BW I learned I could just buy the RVB3700 base I needed and reuse my older 3000 series coupler.
Armed with the BW part number I headed over to my favorite and first choice online vendor, etrailer.com. As I had expected etrailer.com had the part I needed. The part was easy to find, easy to order, promptly shipped and well packaged.
I unboxed the hitch and followed the enclosed clearly explained RVB3700 base assembly instructions. The Silverado/Sierra BW RVB3700 puck model was a perfect fit for my truck. My older 3000 series BW Companion 5th wheel coupler fit the new BW RVB3700 base like a glove. I look forward to many more years and miles of towing my 5th wheel trailer.
Thought i was gonna have to buy a whole new 5th wheel hitch after i traded trucks. My older truck has the companion hitch that fit into the goose neck connection. My new truck has the GM puck system. I was able to buy just the base and use my upper part of the hitch. Saved me about 5-600 bucks. Thanks etrailer!
There are not words to express how pleased I am with this unit. Right out of the box, 10 minutes to put on support arms, move to position in truck bed and it’s locked down. Ready to set the latch system on and go camping. Great engineering and precision construction. Could not be more pleased. I have been pulling with B&W turn over and Companion hitches for 15+ years. Product as described works great fits right into the OEM attachment I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new hitch I was able to use the top part of the original companion I had purchased a year before with the B&W hitch gooseball
As advertised. Good quality product and goes together easily. Needed the factory puck base for the head and it works good in my 18 Silverado.
Product has performed impeccably, would highly recommend this product to all Silverado 3500 owners.

The product was as I expected. I have a B&W Companion hitch for a 2011 Silvrado. I bought a new base for the B&W Companion to fit my 2019 Silverado. Installation was straight forward and took about an hour.
Thanks for a great product. I ordered the part in early May but it was held up due ethe virus. I made a call to Etrailer to check on it in early June. It was delivered to my door within a few days. Good fit and we’re ready to ride.

Fits perfect in my 2018 Chevy 3500hd 4x4.
Great product, a few bolts for the uprights and just drop it in the factory holes in your bed. Have bought numerous products from etrailer and the are always as described with super fast shipping!
My B&W hit last base shipped and arrived quickly. Very satisfied and will look to etrailer for my future needs.
I understand that its the busy time of year, the hitch I ordered was just one day late, which turned out to be okay.
If you noticed, I ordered the replacement base asy, not David. I guess that his name auto populated when I used his address, great brand at a great price.

The product is still working just like its supposed to after a year and a vacation trip from Iowa to the UP of Michigan pulling our 42 toy hauler. Even through Wisconsin which seemed to have the roughest roads Ive ever been on.
