Can B&W Companion Hitch Head be Swapped Onto B and W Base for GM Trucks to Fit 2018 Sierra

I have an RVB3500 5th wheel hitch. I bought a new GMC 2500. It has the factory puck system. Can I use the BWRVB3700 as the base and attach the BWRVB3500 head unit to it?

Yes, you could take the head off of your current Companion hitch # BWRVK3500 and then install it on to the base # BWRVB3700 and you'd have a B and W Companion hitch that fits directly to the factory puck system of your 2018 GMC Sierra 2500!
This essentially gives you the hitch assembly part # BWRVK3700.
