There isn't a flange available with 2-3/8 inch by 2-1/2 inch spacing, but we do have hubs as well as brakes that you can use with this spindle: - Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3.5K E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - Pre-Greased # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K - Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies...

That is a very neat trailer! I am happy to try and help you along. With an axle that old, it may prove very difficult to find parts that are directly compatible. A lot of parts they used back then are more or less obsolete now. A majority of the electric bake kits we sell will use either a 4 or 5 bolt flange. We do not offer any brakes that use a 6 bolt flange. That said we may still have some options for you. We do offer replacement spindles with a pre welded brake flange like part #...

  • Solution for Replacement Spindle and Hub and Drum Assembly for 2019 Jayco Jay Flight 28BHSW
I do have a solution, but we do not have an axle that matches your 86" measurement. Since you only damaged the spindle it makes more sense to replace the spindle instead of the entire axle. You can take the # TRU77FR to an axle shop and have it welded on to repair what you currently have. For a hub and drum you can use the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K. This matches your current bolt pattern and drum size and is compatible with E-Z lube axles.

This spindle uses a # L68149 inner bearing and # L44649 outer bearing. If you are looking for a hub and drum assembly you could use the # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K which has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern or the # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K with a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern. • Will Kodiak Disc Brake Kit Fit a #84 Standard Spindle
In the answer page you're referring to Conner didn't say the hub face to brake flange is useless. He said measuring from brake flange to brake flange (from one side to the other) isn't really helpful when choosing a replacement axle. The 2 most important measurements are hub face and spring center distances. With that being said, the replacement spindles # TRU77FR and # TRU74FR will have matching distance from the hub face to the brake flange because they are both modern #84 spindles so...

It sounds like you have an E-Z Lube spindle on your axle like the # TRU77FR with the zerk fitting on the end. When adding grease like the # L11390 the old grease will be pushed out. Once you see the new grease begin to flow out of the end you can remove your grease gun. Wipe off any excess and replace your grease cap plug.

  • Replacement Hub Assembly For A Light Duty Snowmobile Trailer
I am afraid we do not carry any hubs that will fit your parameters. The .75" ID bearing is highly uncommon these days. We carry only one hub that uses a .75" Bearing with part # DX22XR. The problem with this is that the inner bearing for this hub is a 1.25" ID, so this will not work for your application. • How to Remove a Hub From a Trailer Spindle
To remove a hub from an axle, you will need to first remove the grease cap on the end of the hub. This will expose the end of the spindle. Once at this point, you will need to see if you have an EZ-Lube spindle, like # TRU77FR, or a standard spindle, like # TRU57FR. If you have the standard spindle, there will be a castle nut threaded onto the end of said spindle that is locking a fairly large washer in place. This will be locked in place by a cotter pin, like # 165649. These will all...

  • Availability Of A 3,500 lb Torsion Axle
We actually do not carry torsion axles here at etrailer. We deal with round tube leaf spring axles. We do deal with axle-less suspension which is a type of torsion axle. For a 3,500 lb axle we have the # ASR3500S05. This is a standard duty, 3,500 lb axle less system that bolts directly to the frame of your trailer. This is the closest thing to a torsion axle that we carry. If your spindle is gouged, we do carry replacement spindles like the # TRU77FR which could be used to replace the...

We can certainly point you in the right direction. Unfortunately we do not have literature that will give us spindle/bearing sizes based off a year, make and model of trailer. So it may be difficult to recommend a direct replacement without a bit more information. That said, looking at these 1994 FLOE Pro-100 plus snowmobile trailers, it appears to have a light duty single axle setup. My guess would be something like a 3,500 lb axle, or smaller.
