What Size Bolts are Used to Install the Draw Tite Hitch part # 24913
Question:
What size are the bolts that hold the hitch on? I kept my 2010 corolla hitch and wiring harness everything works fine, but the 2010 bolts are coarser thread. than the 2013 any help appreciated I dont want to ruin the threads Regards :

The fasteners that are used to attach the Hitch part # 24913 that you referenced are M12 x 1.25 35 CL8.8. It looks like you would need four of them.
Hitch installation hardware is designed for one time use. It's actually a good thing your current bolts aren't working since they were designed to be torqued only once. You may have to clean your current weldnuts out as they have a tendency to get corrosion in them.
