Hello Brian. So, the # BWRVB3405 is the part number for the Slider Base for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch. The RVK3405 is the part number for the entire Companion Hitch. So, you would get a complete hitch - base and head unit. Our part number for this is # BWRVK3400. This hitch is designed to work with the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch.
