Hey Vince, it looks like the closest I was able to find to what you're looking for was the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fender - Pre-Galvanized Steel # CE17900G which measures 31-1/2" long x 9" wide x 13" tall, and the Replacement Single Axle Trailer Fender for Malibu Boats Trailers # HP33VR which measures 32" long x 9" wide x 15" tall.

The 7290 that you see is a casting number. It is found on AL-KO hubs that fit #99 spindles. I found that the bearings used are #28580 which would be the inner bearing and #25580 which would be the outer bearing. For the seal use #91030.
