How to Attach the Hitch Ball to a Trailer's Coupler on the Trailer Valet MV PRO
Question:
When lowering the trailer to the ball do u still have to lock it and then use the spanned wrench to tighten up the ball. Or not push the trailer lock on the ball and just secure it with the spanned wrench.

To secure the Trailer Valet MV PRO item # TV96FR hitch ball to your trailer's coupler you will want to remove ball from the valet itself and attach it to your trailer using the coupler lock. Then you will come in with the included wrench and tighten it all the way up so it is secure. Once you've completed these steps you'll lower it onto the Valet.
We demonstrated this using a different model Trailer Valet and I have linked the video below. It's the same process for the hitch ball so if you fast forward to the 6:15 mark you will see how to get it done.
