Since the MaxxAir # MA00-06200K is a deluxe model you'll need the Replacement Rain Shield for MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent - Smoke # MA05-30520 in order to replace your current lid.

The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat item #MA00-06200K uses up to 5-Amps to operate when running and up to 9-Amps for startup. So probably between 90 - 100 hours if it was the only thing running and you left it on.
