The round vents that we currently offer, like the MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-03810B you were looking at, will all only exhaust air when open or circulate air like a standard ceiling fan when closed.

The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat item #MA00-06200K uses up to 5-Amps to operate when running and up to 9-Amps for startup. So probably between 90 - 100 hours if it was the only thing running and you left it on.
