Correct Parts to Convert Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack With a 1 1/4" Shank to a 2" Shank
Question:
I am trying to convert my older Yakima holdup bike rack from a 1 1/4inch to a 2inch shank. I ordered the 8880580 replacement shank, but the holes and the size of the new shank are not the same as my frame. Please help me with what I need to do to get this to work.

The good news is the Replacement 2" Hitch Shank for Yakima HoldUp Bike Racks # 8880580 is the confirmed correct part from Yakima to convert your HoldUp to a 2" shank.
According to Yakima, you're also going to need the Replacement Hitch Bolt for Yakima HoldUp 2, OnRamp, and BigHorn Bike Racks and DryDock Canoe Carrier # Y8890200.
