It is a well thought out product. The lock device for the King Post height adjustment cap screws fits nice. However, the main locking slug for the ball hitch doesn't fit my trailer like it is supposed to. I have a Kaufman trailer and I'm not sure what brand of post they use. The guide tab for the ball lock D-ring is in the way of the Blaylock pin. I am able to rotate the locking device 180 degrees and install it that way. It's a bit sloppy but it will impede a potential theft.
I also fear the longevity of the padlocks. I can see them rusting if left out in the weather for too long. I keep my trailer tarp on when not in use and also flood the padlocks with WD40
I know it is impossible for a "fits everything" product. I think Blaylock would serve themself well if they did research and list all trailer brands that will fit or not fit their product and perhaps, have an alternate choice.
I do recommend looking into this product if anyone is thinking about securing their trailer. 679155

Trailer was stolen with a scissor lift on it. The bottom plate that locks over the hole where the ball fits up in the hitch is made of cast aluminum. It appears the theives used a small pry bar ( left with the remaining broken pieces), and easily snapped/broke the cast aluminm rendering the lock usless. Very, very disappointed in this product!!!!!473175

This is not a product review as I have not used the product yet. However, I wanted to rate your companies service as "Excellent". Immediately after I placed my order online I received a phone call from your company informing me that the item was out of stock at this warehouse but was inbound and it would be around 3-4 extra days for me to receive my item. Excellent deterrent - but could be hacked thru. Would like even a thin steel plate that is inserted in the device to prevent hacking thru the aluminum.

Locks are working out just fine, we are not in a high crime area and dont have huge concern for theft, however, these give a little peace of mind.

Lock fit as advertised. After a little fooling around, I figured out where the washer and spacer go on the upper lock. Directions would be a help, but it wasn't too difficult to figure out.426157
