It sounds like you are needing to add a 6-Pin Connector # PK12720 on your 2019 Mercedes Benz Sprinter for hauling a trailer. For this you will need either a 4-Way # C45FV with our Install Kit # ETBC6 or the 7-Way Kit # TK82VR along with a 7 to 6 Way Adapter # 47549. If your trailer has electric brakes you will also need a Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR. This will connect to the 6-pin install kit using the Universal Harness # RED69FR or the Tekonsha 7-way kit above using the Adapter # 331-TPH-017.
